Our software provider stores all data. On Olympia’s behalf the provider collects information that is registered automatically by the web server along with the personal data that the user enters voluntarily into the database. All data is stored solely to make software available via application service providing. No further processing or transfer of the data takes place. Data is not passed on to third parties unless users have given their express prior consent.
Data inspection
Users are entitled at all times to ask whether Olympia holds stored personal data of theirs. They can request a copy of the data stored. Olympia makes every effort to respond to any such query free of charge within a week. Users may demand that their data is deleted, corrected or amended. Users must prove their identity before they are sent a copy of the data stored. Olympia reserves the right to refuse data inspection if users fail to prove their entitlement.
