About Corporate Governance
Olympia Flexgroup AG considers corporate governance to be extremely important. Corporate governance stands for openness and transparency in corporate management, respect for shareholder interests and efficient collaboration between the Management Board and Supervisory Board. These are fundamental prerequisites for a management that is aware of its corporate responsibility and oriented toward long-term value creation.
Olympia Flexgroup AG welcomes the German Corporate Governance Code published by the Government Commission on 26 February 2002 and last amended on 06 June 2008.
